Eligibility for Exchange:
- The item(s) received is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
- The product does not match its original specifications or differs from what was ordered.

Non-Eligible Return/Exchange Scenarios: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:
- Requests made after the 7-day exchange window.
- Items that show signs of wear or damage from use.
- Products that have been tampered with or altered.
- Missing items, including tags, labels, original packaging, freebies, or accessories.
Return Shipping: Please note, return shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return labels. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your item is returned safely.
