RETURNS AND REFUNDS ELIGIBILITY

We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however, we know that sometimes it may not suit you or the size is incorrect. If you are unhappy with the goods for any reason, please email us in the first instance at [email protected] with your name, order number, and a brief description of the issue. We will then review your request. 

NOTE:- STITCHED PRE-ORDER ITEMS ARE ORDERED ON YOUR REQUEST AND ARE MADE TO ORDER – A RETURN REQUEST PRE-ORDER IS NOT ACCEPTED UNLESS FAULTY –  IF, FAULTY A REPLACEMENT WILL BE PROVIDED. BUT, YOU MUST CONTACT AND NOTIFY US WITHIN 10 WORKING DAYS. 

YOUR FAULTY RETURNS CLAIM MAY BE REJECTED IF YOU FAIL TO NOTIFY/CONTACT US WITHIN THE TIMEFRAME STATED.

UNSTITCHED CANNOT BE RETURNED AS ALL ITEMS OF UNSTITCHED GO THROUGH A QUALITY CHECK BEFORE DISPATCH.

SALE ITEMS ARE NON- NON-REFUNDABLE OR NON-EXCHANGEABLE. 

SHIPPING DELAYS ARE BEYOND OUR CONTROL ONCE ITS HANDED TO THE RESPONSIBLE COURIER AND SHIPPING CANNOT BE REFUNDED.

OUT OF STOCK

If your order any product and is out of stock we will refund you your amount after deducting only transaction fee.

The eligibility for returning an item(ONLY APPLIES ITEMS IN IMMEDIATE DISPATCH AND NOT PRE-ORDER ITEMS) is that it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, complete with all tags and in its original packing. Should your return be accepted, your refund will be in the form of an ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD which will be emailed to you within 10 working days from when we confirm receipt for your item.

Once returns are received, they will be fully assessed. Any items that are returned with stains such as make-up or have been worn will be refused. You will receive the refund in a form of a Credit Voucher/Note. This process might take up to 10 working days. All request must be made within 14 days of Sale. Return period starts from the date of purchase.

RETURN PERIOD

Any return requests after the period of 7 days from receipt, will be REFUSED. If you still decide to send it back to us, we reserve the right of not offering you a refund.

If this happens – you will incur a shipping charge, which would be payable to you.
